πΌWhat you will do!
- As a founding member of the BDR team, you will engage in traditional SDR tasks while also shaping the strategic sales direction of the company.
- The role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound qualification, but important as well closing deal opportunities.
- You will generate ideas for new ways to drive leads and partner with marketing on outbound campaigns.
- Becoming a product expert across the entire platform and understanding the competitive landscape is an important responsibility.
- Maintaining and updating accurate records in the CRM system (Hubspot) is essential for tracking sales activities.
- You will work closely with the product team to provide valuable customer feedback, and ensure alignment with the implementation of the software product for clients.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with CRM systems, with a preference for experience using HubSpot.
- Candidates should display drive and resilience, excelling in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A deep interest in understanding business challenges will help in effectively addressing client needs.
- Previous experience in a SaaS organization is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly with large public companies (enterprise SaaS) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Knowledge of Notion is a plus.
