As climate change disrupts the water cycle, clean water scarcity is becoming a pressing issue, with 30% of the world's clean water lost and utilities struggling to manage these losses.
We specialize in advanced software solutions for water utilities, focusing on real-time leak detection. By leveraging AI,. physics and data analytics, we provide accurate insights that help utilities minimize water loss and optimize supply, ensuring sustainable water management.

What you will do.
- Drive revenue growth as our key rainmaker, leading direct sales efforts across EMEA markets
- Negotiate and close enterprise deals with water utilities, working directly with C-level executives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with local system integrators and consultancies to create a thriving partner ecosystem
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring successful handover to our Customer Success department
- Be or become a product expert across the entire HULO platform, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Work closely with the CEO to define and achieve ambitious growth targets
- Shape and execute our international go-to-market strategy
What you will bring.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong network in utility sector and/or experience selling to public organizations
- Experience in building and managing international partner networks
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills at C-level
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong adaptability and quick learning of software tools and digital platforms
- Fluent English required; additional languages (Italian/Portuguese/Spanish) are a plus
- Experience with Hubspot and enterprise sales processes
- Experience with Notion is a plus
