Save Time. Save Water.
More leak repairs with fewer investments
Quicker and more accurate localization of new leaks without the need for smaller monitoring zones (DMAs) or hundreds of sensors. Starting with only 1 flow and 3 pressure sensors this solution adds value.
through direct insights and accurate prelocalization of anomalies and leaks.
compared to the traditional solutions. Small DMAs and hundreds of sensors is past time.
Is needed to get insights and send you and your team in the right direction.
We detect, size and localize leaks in a smart way.
Anomaly detection
With a unique and research-backed approach HULO can detect anomalies in the very early stages on a real-time basis, using AI technology. No years historical data is needed for detection. With only 8 days of training data this module starts working. Quite plug & play! For this module we only need sensor data, meaning at least one flow meter and three pressure sensors. The size of the network does not matter.
Anomaly classification
With AI we not only detect leakages, but also other anomalies. By direct classification of every anomaly in the water distribution network, the operator to is able to prioritise alarms. This is the point where actually we help you solve the disease, and create insights in what's happening in your network.
Leak sizing
‘We want to repair the biggest leaks first!’, a quote we will not forget. With HULO we are able to identify the leak volume. A good water loss reduction strategy looks at both finding the existing water losses and finding the new leaks. To get in control both of these should be aligned well. It is important that new leaks do not disturb the existing process. Therefore, new leaks do not always need priority, only if they are big enough, or if the location out of the localization appears to be dangerous. HULO's leak sizing and prioritization makes sure field teams focus on the right thing and increase water loss reduction. Isn’t that nice?
Leak localization
HULO will localize the detected leaks and anomalies as accurate as possible. For leak localisation both model and data driven approaches are used, depending on the available data of the utility. The model based approach looks at the connectivity model of a network, or if available a hydraulic model. For this module to work, a calibrated model is not needed at all. Next to the model based approach, our data driven approach works only with a GIS model and sensor data. Of course, accuracy of the models differ.
